COVID-19: New transport conditions in Italy, Germany and the United Kingdom

According to the International Road Transport Union (IRU), new transport conditions have been introduced in Italy, Germany and the United Kingdom.
Italy

Professional drivers are exempted from the ban on entering the territory of Italy, but must fill the statement form, especially during the night, because in the regions of Lombardy, Lazio, Campania, Piedmont, Sicily and Calabria driving is prohibited at certain times (23.00h – 5.00h; 00.00h) – 05.00h).

After completing the Statement and application to the Prevention Department of the competent health office (“ASL provincia” entry);  quarantine or doing COVID test aren’t mandatory.
Germany

With aim of combating the spread of coronavirus infection (COVID-19) and providing the population and the economy regular supply, an exemption from the ban on driving on Sundays and public holidays is introduced for the period 31.10.2020-18.01.2021 for all vehicles except heavy and oversized vehicles.
United Kingdom

It is mandatory for everyone coming to the UK to fill out the “UK Contact Locator” form, which includes truck drivers. They must have a transport/consignment note (delivery note) and EC COVID about international workers.
When they fill out the Contact Locator form, they can indicate on it that they are exempt, stating that they are drivers.
