From January 1, 2020, the new Incoterms 2020 applies, which contains ICC rules for the use of 11 Incoterms trading terms, and updates and unifies some of the previous rules.
Incoterms rules define the responsibility of buyers and sellers when delivering goods on the basis of sales contracts and determine how price and risks are distributed among the contracting parties.
All sales contracts should rely on Incoterms® 2020 as the latest version of these rules.
