The European Commission has confirmed that there are no plans to change the rules that limit the stay of professional drivers from Bosnia and Herzegovina in the EU to 90 days within 180 days, so the problem of limiting the stay of professional drivers from BiH continues.
Bosnia and Herzegovina submitted a proposal to the EU Delegation requesting the exemption of professional drivers from the provisions of limited stay in the countries of the European Union.
The problem of drivers staying in the EU territory is that they must take breaks provided for by law, and in this way their stay in the EU territory is additionally extended. This means double the number of drivers for the same number of vehicles.
