For all economic entities that exported, exports or planneed exports, privileged
imports into the United States under the General Preferences System (GSP) between the United States andBosnia and Herzegovina.
Extension means that importers who have already imported and paid customs duties can now claim a refund of the customs costs, since the system is valid from 22.04.2018 and lasts until 31.12.2018.
This is valid for bigger part of industrial and agricultural products, and the basic requirement is that goods are produced
or obtained in Bosnia and Herzegovina and delivered directly to the United States.
